Peninsula Cheese began with a love of making cheese and sharing it around the table.
Today, every cheese is made in our custom-built cheesery in Bittern on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula using premium Gippsland Jersey milk. Our collection has grown naturally over time—some cheeses are inspired by tradition, others by curiosity, favourite foods and years of refinement. Every one has earned its place.
Many customers first discovered us as The Truffet Emporium. As our range evolved, we wanted a name that better reflected where we are and what we do. Peninsula Cheese marks the next chapter of that journey. While the name has changed, the people, the cheesery and the commitment behind every cheese remain the same.
